The investigator surveyed The Council of Public Liberal Art Colleges* libraries to: (1) determine current practices, compliance, and philosophy on copyright guidelines; (2) determine whether or not a relationship exists between electronic reserves and course management systems; and (3) determine whether the institutions perform oversight of copyright practices when utilizing course management systems. © 2008 by The Haworth Press.
