Diversity in the library: What could happen at the institutional level

A review of library literature shows that while much scholarship has been done on I he topic of diversity and diversity programs implemented at large university libraries, little has been written about diversity initiatives at libraries in small liberal arts college sellings. This article aims at addressing some of the issues lhat small college libraries lace in dealing with diversity and, in particular, looking at Ihe Oh-erlin College Library's experience in addressing diversity in the workplace. © 1999, The Haworth Press.
